In Flight to NRT

It was nice upstairs in the 747. We ate like Kings. It seemed they just kept bringing us food. Here is the menu.

Snack
Mixed nuts and sampler plate of mini toasts with lobster Marsala spread and prosciutto chevre canape.

Dinner
Salad of mixed greens with roasted corn and roma tomatoes. Of course Chuck ate my tomatoes.
Beef Tenderloin with garlic feta crust, mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli.

2006 Casa Silva Carmenere wine

Desert
Lady finger Charlotte filed with wild berries and rasberry mousse.

Snack 2
Hot Ham sandwich

Breakfast
Quiche and sauage with mixed fruit.

Beer in between.
